Why WhatsApp ordering converts better
The biggest drop-off point in any checkout is the form. Every extra field — shipping address, phone number, payment details — is a chance for a customer to abandon the cart. WhatsApp ordering removes that friction by replacing the form with a message the customer already knows how to send.
How it works
Each 'Order Now' button is wired to a pre-filled WhatsApp message containing the product name, price, and selected variant (size, color, quantity). The customer taps the button, WhatsApp opens with the message already written, and they just hit send. No account creation, no checkout page, no typing required.
Combining it with prepayment
For stores that need payment upfront, we pair this with Paystack or Flutterwave: the customer pays first, then a confirmation message with their order details routes to WhatsApp automatically. This keeps the low-friction feel of WhatsApp while still securing payment before fulfillment.
Where this matters most
This pattern is especially effective in markets where WhatsApp is the default communication channel — Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya, UAE, and much of the diaspora customer base we build for. Every store we deliver includes WhatsApp ordering as standard, regardless of backend.
